Professional Children’s Entertainer available for younger kid’s parties. Keep the kids entertained with ‘Classic’ fun party games like: pass the parcel / musical statues / penalty shoot out / pin the nose on the clown / space hopper racing etc... We can supply everything needed from props for the games, music, lights & prizes – all you need to do is book a venue, invite them & feed them! Let us take care of the rest PLUS we will also make a balloon model for each of the kids to take home at the end. ‘Ultrasound Events’ can provide high quality race nights, with horse racing on our big projector screen. We will supply everything needed for your race night from the PA system, projector and screen/s, tote slips, professional compere, party music for before/during/after the races etc. If you are looking to raise funds for a charity or organisation by holding a race night, we can assist with sponsored races, auctioned races, tri-cast sheets plus other fund-raising games during the event.
Our staff will help and assist the novice members of the audience, to make sure that they also enjoy the experience. Our computerised tote software will control all of the betting, the percentage of funds being raised by the event along with a full breakdown at the end. The race footage is in High Quality HD with English commentary and numbered horses – to make the experience more enjoyable and easy to follow.
We can also provide ‘Pig Racing’ for your event – which is awesome fun and great for all ages. Have your guests scream and shout at battery operated pigs as they snort, wiggle & grunt their way down our track – the first to fall into the basket at the end is the winner. With pig sponsors, race sponsors & betting on each race, this is another fun way of raising funds for a charity or organisation. We hire ‘GIANT’ illuminated letters. These are very popular for weddings, proms and birthday celebrations. You can have words like ‘LOVE’ – ‘MR & MRS’ – ‘PARTY’ – your initials or name, 18 / 21 / 40 for birthdays etc. The letters stand 5ft high, come in a white durable finish and are illuminated with white LED ‘Carnival’ lights. These look amazing behind a wedding top table, behind a singer on a stage, in the corner of your function room or as part of your wedding or party photo shoot. Venue Up-lighting / mood lighting can completely transform the look and feel of a venue or function room. Discreetly hidden around the room, our LED lights can ‘wash’ the room in your selection of thousands of available colours. This is perfect to compliment a wedding colour theme or similar.
The venue up-lighting can be used in a static/fixed single colour, can be set to slowly fade from colour to colour (like mood-lighting) or can flash to the beat of the music during the disco or entertainment. This is one of the latest party craze’s – perfect for kids/teen parties, 18th & 21st birthdays, engagements, school discos & proms, youth clubs etc. We kit your venue or function room out with a quality sound system, DJ, laser lights, smoke machine and our special UV LED black-lights around the room. The UV LED black-lights make everything that is white or fluorescent in colour glow up like neon, creating an amazing 3d effect. We also supply glow-sticks and UV body paint included in the price.
Another classic form of entertainment, which is perfect for all ages. We can supply a few different types of quiz with various themes like general knowledge / music / sport etc. We can supply picture quizzes which can be more challenging and more difficult than a regular quiz. These come with a quizmaster, papers & pens, PA system and prizes for winners. Quiz nights can be a fun way of raising some funds for a charity or organisation.
Unfortunately in this age of advanced technology and smartphones, it is very easy to cheat at regular quizzes as most people have google and apps at their fingertips that can provide answers in seconds and take the fun out of quizzing. To solve this problem, we can provide ‘Smart Quizzes’ which are more fun, more interactive and nearly impossible to cheat at. This involves one smartphone or tablet per team, downloading a free app and connecting wirelessly to our laptop network, the questions are read out and flash up on the devices, then the team has 10 seconds to hit a key on their device to answer. Without the headphones on, the party room or venue is silent (no music playing through speakers) so all you can hear is people talking and singing along to their favourite tracks. We can supply one or two different DJ’s as required, to mix up a couple of different styles of music. Please be aware that we will require ID, a security and breakage deposit and a hire agreement to be completed for every hire. All of our equipment is treated with ‘smart water’ aswell as having distinguishing identifications and serial numbers logged. Some of our expensive equipment will also be supplied with a hidden tracker system to prevent theft etc.
